Identification should be possible when this Orchid flowers. The orchid in the background with it's roots attached to the tree is how you want to mount it. Just remove the smaller plants from the parent plant and tie into position very securely so they cann't wobble in the wind and they should attach quite quickly. You can add a small amount of sphagnum moss over the roots to help them establish.
